How to Use the Document Viewer

Upload or Select a Document: Navigate to Documents table or a resource within your leafplan (e.g., Insurance, Legal, Assets) and upload a new file or select an existing document.

Open in Viewer: Click the document title or "Preview" image of the file. The file will open in the embedded viewer.

Annotate or Search: Use the toolbar at the top of the viewer to highlight, comment, search, or draw.

Save: All annotations are automatically saved but be sure to click the "save" icon nonetheless. Download a marked-up version, depending on your collaboration preferences.
